Thank you for choosing Hajana One. We understand that purchasing software is an important decision, and we aim to provide transparency regarding our return policy. Please read the following information carefully:

General Return Policy

At Hajana One, we generally do not offer returns for software products due to the nature of digital goods. Software can be easily copied, and once downloaded or activated, it becomes difficult to verify if the product has been duplicated or used improperly. As a result, our return policy is quite strict.

Important: All software products purchased from us are non-returnable, except for software that is restricted via a purchase code. We will only accept returns for such software, and they must be within the specified return grace period of 7 days from the date of purchase.

Returnable Software

Only software that is protected with a purchase code will be considered for return. To qualify for a return:

  • The software must be activated with a purchase code provided at the time of purchase.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The software must not have been copied, shared, or used improperly. Returns will not be accepted if there is evidence that the software has been copied or distributed.

How to Request a Return

If you believe you are eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@hajanaone.com with the following details:
    • Your order number
    • The purchase code
    • The reason for your return request
  2. Our support team will review your request to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, you will be issued further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Once we confirm that the return is valid and the product has not been copied, we will process the return.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after the return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Software

Software that is not protected by a purchase code, or that has been activated, copied, or shared, is not eligible for a return. By purchasing software from Hajana One, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that we cannot accept returns on these types of products.
